Our Plant-Based Journey
In our early 20s, we made the decision to shift away from consuming meat. After watching several documentaries, my husband and I realized that transitioning to a plant-based diet would be in our best interest. I took on the role of our personal plant-based chef, experimenting with different dishes and recreating my childhood favorites in a meatless way.
Over seven years later, we are still committed to this lifestyle. Food has become one of our love languages, allowing us to authentically show up each day. This way of living has transcended being just a fad or movement – it has truly become a lifestyle for us. Our hope is this cookbook inspires the plant lover in you.
