Ever since beginning the gut program, my aim has been to shed inches and weight while improving my overall health. The program is great, and Alexis has been a constant source of encouragement throughout. I'm thrilled to report that, after 12 weeks, I have successfully lost a total of 15 pounds!

The biggest thing I learned is that EVERYTHING begins in your gut. You have to treat it with profound care and love and that may mean you have to give up your favorite cheat foods for a few months. I have learned the importance of staying disciplined to achieve results. Prior to the program, I would feel nauseous and uneasy after eating certain foods. I also wasn't able to lose weight as I wanted to after seeing multiple nutritionists. After getting the results of my gut test, I realized that the foods those nutritionists would ask me to eat were the same foods my gut was unable to break down. Once I figured out which foods my stomach couldn't break down and worked to restore my gut health, I didn't feel sick after eating anymore. I have also been been able to reintroduce certain foods back into my diet. With the healthy changes to my daily routine, I have been able to lose weight. I'm excited to continue on my health journey and watch the transformation that this program has helped me achieve.
